Are lotus rice flakes gluten free ?
Emily says
I am not sure about Lotus rice flakes, however, rice flakes are naturally gluten free.
Cross contamination could occur during the production of rice flakes, as they could be produced in a factory that also makes products that may contain gluten.
It is best to check the packaging to see if this is the case.
