For The Sauce
- 2 tablespoons (30 grams, 1.06 ounces) butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 fresh chili deseeded, and cut into small pieces
- 2 teaspoon fish sauce
- 2 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes or to taste
- ¼ cup water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- ½ cup (60 grams, 2.12 ounces) parmesan cheese, finely grated
- ¼ cup (20 grams, 0.70 ounces) green onions (spring onions) finely chopped
