Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup (40 grams, 1.40 ounces) rice flakes
  • ½ cup (120 ml, 120 grams) milk of choice
  • ¼ cup (60 grams, 2.12 ounces) plain yogurt dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 ½ teaspoons maple syrup or honey or sweetener of choice, added to taste
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chia seeds or basil seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or large glass. Mix well.
  • Cover and store in the fridge overnight.

Notes

  • If you don’t have a mason jar or a large glass, you can use a medium sized container and cover it with a lid or plastic wrap.
  • Store in fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Ingredients can be multiplied to suit how many serves you need to make.
