Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup (100 grams, 3.52 ounces) Mayonnaise such as Japanese mayo
  • 3 tablespoons (60 grams, 2.12 ounces) Tomato Sauce/ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Rice Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Pinch of Granulated Sugar or to taste
  • Pinch of Salt or to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons Water optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small to medium sized mixing bowl place the mayo, tomato sauce, rice vinegar, paprika, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, and salt.
    Mix together until well combined.
  • Taste for seasoning, and add more salt and sugar if desired.
  • If you want your sauce to be thinner in consistency, add a bit of water and mix through until it reaches your desired consistency.
    Serve immediately or refrigerate covered until chilled.
