Ingredients
  

  • 4 Rice cakes
  • 5 tablespoons (50 grams, 1.76 ounces) Vanilla frosting or whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (40 grams, 1.41 ounces) M&M’s
  • 2 tablespoons Sprinkles e.g. Christmas sprinkles, hundreds and thousands
  • 4 Reese’s miniature peanut butter cups, or liquorice (15 grams, 0.53 ounces) cut into 2-3cm (0.79-1.18 inches) pieces

Instructions
 

Preparing the Rice Cakes

  • Spread the frosting or whipped cream cheese over a rice cake. (see note 1).

Decorate the Rice Cakes

  • Place some M&M’s on top of the coated rice cake. Or, you could decorate with some sprinkles.

Make the Ornament Topper

  • Place a piece of cut liquorice on top of the rice cake. Alternatively, use a peanut cup that has been cut in half and place on the edge of the rice cake.
  • Repeat for remaining ingredients.

Notes

  1. When decorating your rice cakes, leave a bit of space at the top of the rice cake. This will be where you put the ornament topper (liquorice or Reese’s peanut butter cup).
