Craving spicy garlic noodles? Then look no further. This recipe for spicy garlic noodles takes ordinary garlic noodles to the next level. It's quick to make and the level of spicy can be adjusted to suit your tastes.
¼cup(20 grams, 0.70 ounces) green onions (spring onions)finely chopped

Cook the noodles according to packet instructions. Once cooked, strain noodles and set aside.
Meanwhile, in a medium sized saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped chili and saute for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chili flakes, water, and salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Taste for seasoning, and adjust as desired.
Add the cooked and strained noodles to the saucepan. Toss the noodles through the sauce until evenly coated. If you need to make your sauce a bit runnier, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
Turn off heat. Mix through the grated parmesan cheese and green onions. Serve.
Notes
Control the spice level of your noodles by adjusting the amount of chili peppers you use. Start with a small amount and gradually increase according to your preference. Remember, you can always add more spice, but it's challenging to tone it down once it's too spicy.
