Rice flakes are flattened grains of rice.

  • Rice flakes You can use any kind of rice flakes that are available to you. E.g. brown rice flakes, white rice flakes.
  • Milk of choice

Instructions

This recipe for rice flakes porridge serves 1. The ingredient quantities can be easily multiplied to suit how many serves you need to make.

Step 1 - Places rice flakes and milk in small to medium size saucepan. Bring to boil. Stir occasionally.

    Are lotus rice flakes gluten free ?

      I am not sure about Lotus rice flakes, however, rice flakes are naturally gluten free.
      Cross contamination could occur during the production of rice flakes, as they could be produced in a factory that also makes products that may contain gluten.
      It is best to check the packaging to see if this is the case.
